Apple iPad details announced

After much hype and anticipation, Apple today announced details of their new iPad tablet style device. There had been much speculation about what the new device would be and it seems many reports seemed to be fairly accurate.The device, with a 9.7in display, will comes with Wi-Fi and 3G options later in the year when it reaches the UK. With prices starting from $499 it comes in at price similar to a low-end laptop.
The question is, have Apple come up with a device that will attract a large enough user base, in the same way that they've achieved success with the iPod and iPhone. ...

Site update Bath based estate agents Davis Meade

Davis Meade came to us with a view to getting their website updated to suit their new corporate image. They had ended up with two different websites and two different domain names and wanted us to collate everything together.We developed a new site for them allowing them to upload properties and photos with a view to everything being automatically uploaded overnight to the RightMove property portal.

New website for local charity Dorothy House Hospice

Systemagic have worked with Dorothy House Hospice in Winsley, just outside of Bath, for a number of years and this week have launched a brand new version of their website.The site features a full, bespoke content management system enabling them to update every aspect of the site from their offices. We've incorporated a number of different smaller sites under one umbrella and feedback has been extremely positive from all involved.

Website launch for local jeweller Nicholas Wylde

This week sees the launch of a new website for Bath based jeweller Nicholas Wylde Goldsmiths. Working in conjunction with design firm Studio Hope the site features a content management system to manage all the menus and products on the site. Systemagic developed and coded a Wishlist system where users can add items from the site into their wishlist which can then be emailed to friends and family or to Nicholas Wylde himself to arrange an appointment to discuss commissions or bespoke items.

Systemagic help Old Sulians Association publish book

Systemagic have worked with local alumni group, the Old Sulians' Association, to help produce a book about the history of Beechen Cliff School in Bath. The committee had produced all the content and written profiles of 39 famous past pupils and Systemagic helped design and layout the 168 page book.Whilst only an initial 200 copies have been produced, we have helped the association register as publishers and get issued their own unique ISBN number. Liasing with the printers we have produced the book as a high quality PDF export and made sure it was all ready to print.
