Non-Contracted Support

  • Our non-contracted services are often referred to as our Pay As You Go IT Support plan. If for whatever reason our Contracted Services aren't right for you, then you can sign up to this reactive service.

    We do an audit on your system, as we would do for any contracted client, and then you're free to call us whenever you want and we will react to your problems on an individual basis.
    • No call out charges
    • You just pay for what you use, with a minimum billing period of fifteen minutes if you're based in Bath. If you're outside of Bath it's a minimum of one hour but travelling time is included
    • Full access to our complete team of technical staff, including Microsoft Certified Professionals
    • Support provided by phone, remote access or onsite visits
